Everyone is in a constant struggle to balance many facets of their lives and college students are no different. Between homework, sleep, relationships, classes, exercise, finances, family, and maintaining a social life, self-care tends to go by the wayside. This podcast is written by students and for students to show how they navigate self-care and make time to address their needs.
